We understand that sometimes products need to be returned, and we make it as simple as possible to process your return merchandise. Please complete the following form with as much detail as possible. We need to know why you’re returning the product, so we can be sure that the credit, replacement, or repair is processed quickly.
Prior to returning a product, be sure that:
1. The product is within the manufacturer warranty period.
2. You’ve received a support number from the manufacturer.
3. The RMA # is written on the outside of the shipping box.
4. All accessories (power supply, mouse, remote, etc.) are included.
5. The product is properly packaged.
